1. Return Eligibility

 

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

•The item is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

•The product has a manufacturing fault.

•The return request is made within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

•The product is unused and in original packaging with invoice.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns if:

•Damage is caused due to improper installation, voltage fluctuation, dry running, or misuse.

•Physical damage caused by customer handling.

 

3. Warranty Claims

 

•Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.

•Warranty does not cover wear & tear parts.

•Inspection by our technical team is required before approval.

 

4. Refund Policy

 

•If return is approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

•Refund will be issued through the original payment method.

•In case of replacement, the new product will be dispatched after inspection approval.

 

5. Exchange Policy

 

•Product exchange is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects.

•Transport charges (if applicable) may apply.
