REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At NAGINA PUMPS®, Customer Satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
  • The product has a manufacturing fault.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
  • The product is unused and in original packaging with invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:
  • Damage is caused due to improper installation, voltage fluctuation, dry running, or misuse.
  • Physical damage caused by customer handling.

3. Warranty Claims

  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does not cover wear & tear parts.
  • Inspection by our technical team is required before approval.

4. Refund Policy

  • If return is approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refund will be issued through the original payment method.
  • In case of replacement, the new product will be dispatched after inspection approval.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Product exchange is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Transport charges (if applicable) may apply.
